White Chocolate Candy Fudge

  • Author: Christine
  • Total Time: 20 min.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup assorted candy pieces (M&M’s, sprinkles, or chopped candy bars)

Instructions

Prepare the Fudge Base

  1. Line the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Add Vanilla: Remove the pan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

Add the Candy

  1. Mix in the Candy: Gently fold in half of the candy pieces, reserving the rest for topping.

Set the Fudge

  1. Pour and Smooth: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  2. Decorate: Sprinkle the remaining candy pieces on top, pressing them gently into the fudge.

Chill and Cut

  1. Chill: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  2. Cut into Squares: Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Slice into squares with a sharp knife.
