White Cheddar Baked Corn

For the Baked Corn:

  • 4 cups frozen sweet corn (thawed) or 4 cups fresh corn kernels
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Mixture

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 2-quart baking dish with butter.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed corn, white cheddar cheese, heavy cream, milk, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Bake the Dish

  1. Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  2. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbly and golden brown on top.
