For the Snowmen:
- 6–8 string cheese sticks (preferably the mini ones)
- 6 small black olives (for eyes)
- 3 small carrot slices (for noses)
- 12 mini pretzel sticks (for arms)
- Red bell pepper or other veggies (for scarves, optional)
Instructions
Assemble the Snowmen
- Prepare the Cheese: Take each string cheese stick and peel the outer layer, keeping the cheese in its original string shape. For larger snowmen, use a full-sized string cheese; for smaller ones, use mini string cheese sticks.
- Stack the Cheese: Arrange the string cheese sticks vertically, stacking two to three on top of each other to form the body of the snowman. Use the mini pretzel sticks to secure the cheese sticks together if necessary.
- Add the Eyes: Place two small black olives on the top cheese stick for eyes. You can either cut the olives in half or leave them whole.
- Create the Nose: Slice a small piece of carrot to make the nose and place it in the middle of the top cheese stick.
- Add Arms: Insert two mini pretzel sticks into the sides of the middle cheese stick to create the snowman’s arms.
- Add a Scarf (Optional): Cut a thin strip of red bell pepper or your favorite veggie and wrap it around the neck of the snowman to give it a scarf.
