Instructions

Prepare the Salad Ingredients

  1. Wash and Dry the Spinach: Start by washing the spinach leaves thoroughly. Use a salad spinner to dry them, ensuring they’re not too wet when you combine them with the dressing.
  2. Slice the Strawberries: Hull the strawberries and slice them into thin pieces. The more uniform your slices, the prettier the salad will look.
  3. Prepare the Red Onion: If you like a little extra sharpness, thinly slice the red onion and add it to the salad. If you’re not a fan of raw onion, feel free to skip it.
  4. Chop the Walnuts: Chop the walnuts into smaller pieces for a better crunch and easier eating.
  5. Crumbled Cheese: Crumble the feta cheese (or goat cheese) over the salad to add that creamy, tangy flavor.

Make the Dressing
