Instructions
Prepare the Potatoes
- Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). This high temperature will help the potatoes crisp up nicely.
- Slice the Potatoes: Wash and peel your potatoes if you prefer (the skins are optional). Slice them into thin rounds, about 1/4-inch thick. The thinner the slices, the crispier they’ll get, so aim for uniformity to ensure even cooking.
- Season the Potatoes: Place the sliced potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle on garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together, making sure all the slices are coated evenly with the seasoning.

Cook the Potatoes
