Ingredients

- Sauté for 2 minutes per side, until golden.
3️⃣ Assemble the Stacks
- Place a beet slice as the base.
- Add a layer of blue cheese and a caramelized pear slice.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with blue cheese on top.
4️⃣ Garnish & Serve
- Sprinkle with toasted pecans and fresh thyme.
