Instructions
Prepare the Dough

- Roll Out Puff Pastry: Unroll the thawed puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface.
- Brush with Butter: Using a pastry brush, coat the surface of the puff pastry with melted butter.
Add the Filling
- Combine Sugar and Cinnamon: Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle Evenly: Spread the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the buttered pastry.
Shape the Swirls
- Roll the Pastry: Starting from one long edge, roll the puff pastry tightly into a log.
- Slice into Swirls: Use a sharp knife to cut the log into 12 equal slices.
Bake the Swirls
- Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the slices cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Cool Slightly: Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
