Instructions
Prepare the Rolls
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll Out the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
- Add Filling: Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and arrange the pepperoni slices on top.
- Roll the Dough: Starting from one long side, carefully roll the dough into a tight log, pinching the seams to seal.
- Slice the Rolls: Cut the rolled dough into 12 equal pieces and place them cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the Rolls
- Brush with Olive Oil: In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the top of each roll.
- Sprinkle Toppings: Add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
