  • Author: Christine
  • Total Time: 45 min.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Fudge:

  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies (optional for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Fudge

  1. Line a Baking Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal of the fudge later.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: In a medium saucepan, combine the semisweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  3. Add Flavoring: Stir in the peppermint extract and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Pour Into the Pan: Pour the melted fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan. Spread it out evenly.
  5. Garnish (Optional): If desired, sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top for an extra burst of minty flavor and a festive touch.
  6. Chill the Fudge: Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for about 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
  7. Cut Into Pieces: Once chilled and set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into squares or rectangles.
