Instructions
Prepare the Fudge
- Line a Baking Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal of the fudge later.
- Melt the Chocolate: In a medium saucepan, combine the semisweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Add Flavoring: Stir in the peppermint extract and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
- Pour Into the Pan: Pour the melted fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan. Spread it out evenly.
- Garnish (Optional): If desired, sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top for an extra burst of minty flavor and a festive touch.
- Chill the Fudge: Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for about 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
- Cut Into Pieces: Once chilled and set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into squares or rectangles.
