For the Casserole:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Casserole
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix the Sauce: In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/2 cup Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Add Chicken: Add the chicken pieces to the sauce mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
- Assemble in Baking Dish: Pour the chicken and sauce mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out in an even layer.
Prepare the Topping
- Combine Topping Ingredients: In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan, and melted butter. Stir until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.
- Sprinkle Topping: Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
- Garnish: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired, and let it cool slightly before serving.
