Instructions

Prepare the Casserole

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix, eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour Into Dish: Pour the pancake batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Add Toppings: Scatter cubes of butter and brown sugar evenly over the top of the batter. Add fruit, if using.
