  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (for coating)

Instructions

Melt the Chocolate and Peanut Butter

  1. Melt the Peanut Butter and Chocolate: In a medium saucepan, melt the peanut butter, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and unsalted butter over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth. Once melted, remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

Coat the Cereal

  1. Prepare the Cereal: In a large mixing bowl, pour in the gluten-free rice Chex cereal.
  2. Mix Together: Pour the peanut butter and chocolate mixture over the cereal. Gently toss to coat each piece evenly, making sure all the cereal is covered with the chocolate-peanut butter goodness.
