  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Instructions

Prepare the Wings

  2. Prepare the Wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps to achieve maximum crispiness.
