  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

Prepare the Pecans

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Mix the Coating: In a small bowl, mix the sugar, cinnamon, and salt together.
  3. Coat the Pecans: In a medium bowl, toss the pecans with the melted butter and water, ensuring they’re evenly coated. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the pecans and toss again until fully coated.
  4. Bake: Spread the pecans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
  5. Cool: Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet. They’ll become extra crunchy as they cool.
