Instructions

Make the Filling

- Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine the sautéed spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Stuff the Mushrooms
- Fill the Caps: Spoon the spinach and cheese mixture into each mushroom cap, packing it slightly.
- Bake: Place the stuffed mushrooms in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
