Instructions
Prepare the Crostini
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the Baguette: Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with Olive Oil: Brush each slice with olive oil to coat lightly.
- Toast: Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the crostini are golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Prepare the Topping
- Mash the Avocados: In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados with a fork until creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine Tomatoes and Basil: In another bowl, gently toss the halved cherry tomatoes with chopped basil.
