  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (for drizzling)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Crostini

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the Baguette: Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with Olive Oil: Brush each slice with olive oil to coat lightly.
  4. Toast: Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the crostini are golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

Prepare the Topping

  1. Mash the Avocados: In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados with a fork until creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
